Pratt Park, Broadcast Coffee is very close to Pratt Fine Arts, Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute, Washington Hall, Squire Park P-Patch Community Garden, and Byrd Barr Place—placing it right in the center of many cultural and artistic energy. It's location on Yesler makes it very easy to access via many modes of transportation (e.g., bus, walking, automobile) and both the entrance to the building and all streets nearby are ramped allowing for use of strollers and wheelchairs.
