Park with lovely view. Right across the street from Parsons Garden, this tiny green oasis offers three benches, a friendly tree, and a view of the sound. The spot includes a memorial to Betty Bowen, a well-loved matron of the arts. Such prominent Northwest artists as Morris Graves, Margaret Tompkins, Victor Steinbrueck, Guy Anderson, Kenneth Callahan and Charles Stokes have done some unsigned work, which is cast in the concrete walkway there.
